Ms. Blackey is a 2004 graduate of Davidson College and a 2007 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. At the University of Kentucky, Ms. Blackey was a member of the Moot Court Board, the recipient of her writing club’s Best Brief Award and completed a judicial internship with United States District Judge Jennifer B. Coffman.
